Hi!
My Name is Burney. I live in the Barnyard. |
There are other horses
in the barnyard. Here I am with my friend Diesel. He is nicknamed
Diesel because he is big like a semi-truck which uses diesel fuel. |
| |
Diesel's
real name is Kayle's Dancer. He is a Quarter Horse. His great-grandfather
was a famous racehorse named Native Dancer.
This
is O.B. We get blankets when it is cold or rainy. I rolled in
the mud with mine. If my mom cleaned it I would roll even more.
I am still muddy but,
I don't care. My real name is Time To Burn. I used to be a race
horse. I have a tattoo on my lip that I got at the race track. I
am a Thoroughbred. |
I ride
in the arena. I am a Hunter/Jumper. I walk over the poles and
jump over the fences. My mom jumps with me. She wears a helmet
and a vest in case she falls off.
This
is part of the tack room. These are O.B.'s saddles. They are kept
on saddle stands. My mom also keeps brushes and bridles in here.
O.B.'s
real name is Wind Obsession. He is an Arabian. He likes to go
on long endurance rides. See his sponge? That is to cool him off
after going long distances.
Here
is Diesel with his friend, Larry. Diesel is a western horse. He
likes to go on trail rides. He works on roping in the arena.
This is Mt. Diablo.
O.B. and Diesel go here a lot to ride on the trails. There are other
animals that live there like pigs, bobcats, foxes, racoons and coyotes. |
